I need to stop watching the soaps. I don’t listen to the warnings at the beginning of every episode, and as a result I now have severe PTSD … all that gratuitous sex, violence I am exposed to etc etc - I simply can’t cope!!!
Tongue firmly in cheek here!!!

I can relate absolutely 
At the end of every episode of Hollyoaks there is thankfully a narrator who informs us that if we are experiencing or are affected by any of the issues in the preceding programme, we can seek help via the channel four website.
Thank god for that; I have often been stalked by serial killing, long lost brothers/sisters/cousins etc who hold bitter grudges against me after they’ve come out of prison with revenge on their minds  |
