It's either a good leek and potato or Minestrone. Or maybe a roasted tomato and garlic. Or perhaps a spicy cauliflower soup.

I bloody love soup.

It’s got one of the best names for sure, along with Mulligatawny.

To be honest Heinz Tomato soup has always been one of my post illness convalescing foods and I have a soft spot in my heart for it.

But I do enjoy a parsnip soup immensely when we are talking homemade.

I regularly make homemade soups....I rotate between chicken, mushroom or tomatoe & sometimes vegetable soup....

All have the base ingredients....my natural antibiotics, garlic, onions & ginger....I add different ingredients accordingly to each soup type....
