I think I’m dying. I’ve come to work as it seems pointless being at home with nobody to look after me. If there’s anyone willing to spoon me, bring me tissues, drinks and snacks then let me know and I will rush home post haste   |

Get yourself home sweetheart and as someone said call the 111 helpline.
You may need antibiotics, best err on the side of caution.

I find a hot bath accompanied by a pint of lemsip with a liberal dose of scotch works wonders.
Sweating it out seems to work so ramp up the central heating too and stick loads of layers on. You'll feel a bit moist and minging for a while but it works.
Oh. And eating loads of ice cream helps too...... |

I have rushed to the co op for cough mixture, all the had was a kids one, it seems there’s a lot of whatever it is about at the moment.
It seemed better than nothing, so I bought it. Along with the new creme egg bar |
