Blimey, you’re SO old!!
Well done for staying alive so long. They used to say “Life starts at 40” but I reckon that can easily be said of 50 now. Time to grow that mullet, get that earring, buy the leather jacket and motorbike/sportscar and plough a 20 year old.

Just remember it’s just a number, 50s is the new 30s….. so party party party, although recovery takes longer & you may ache for days afterwards (my knee still buggered 3 days later) but hey all preparation for the next decade |
