What bra size are you?

Oh I know this! Because today I've been to collect some lingerie.
So, four years ago I was a 48J. Now I'm a 40HH/H depending on style of bra. I'm very very happy.  Time to get rid of all of larger sized clothes, no point hanging on to them. |

Yeah, they do give off strong boulder holder vibes to be fair. I was also considering seeing if any builders wanted them - that level of scaffolding is rare to come by. |

If that picture is representative, I think your cup size is bigger than G if a 36 band fits... probably a couple of sizes bigger... there should be no overspill of the cups and the section between the cups should sit on your breastbone.

I'm 38D and now 18 months post boob job, I'm going for a fitting at M&S tomorrow. I'm thinking I'm wearing correct size but I'll know tomorrow? |

Depends on the brand I'm wearing and how old the bra is because am I f*CK getting rid of hardly worn ones just because they aren't the right size! Do you know how expensive they are??!! |

I want to believe Boob or Bust, really I do. Clearly it works for some people. But the last time I measured (recently) it suggested an absurd size for me so I decided to just go up a band size and down a couple of cup sizes. |

Just be aware that a good fitter won't specify a particular size, but a size to start from.
Different brands and styles fit different shaped breasts. It's all about the overall fit.
Post menopause mine are less firm so need a smaller cup in a padded or structured bra.

I’d recommend measuring using the boob or bust method. Traditional fitters are awful like M&S because they add numbers and make it into a random equation. Measuring this way absolutely changed my life and how I feel about my boobs. |

Wowza... I thought I was a 38D but it turns out I'm a 34E or 36DD... Who would have thought!
The M&S Bra Fitting service is great! Very professional and effective! The 34 feels so much more snug and the bend-forward test to make sure you're supported not loose hammock!
And £30 for three pairs is not expensive... I am not getting commission from M&S, just shouting out great service ladies! |

Haha I met an Australian guy a while back who was training to be a Midwife... Apparently Australia didn't train men as midwives but would employ them. So he was in UK to train up. Well, I know you joke but if there are male gynecologists... |
