I would say yours look like fun bags. It really depends on the context of the conversation and who it was with. Tits, tities, breasts, boobs, muckey pillows etc… |

Never message complimenting boobs or arse, unless we get to the topic while chatting/on forum.

"Boobs" is good enough and kind of normal.
"Breast" reminds me to work or doctors.
"Boobies" childish.
"Tits" mostly women refer to them like that.
Mixed feeling about "Bumpers".
I will stick with "Boobs".

It will pass, just use your will power. 
Driving with holding/touching/rubbing boobs is dangerous for so many reasons.
You might even cause an accident, so be careful for the sake of you and others.
