That’s my problem too. My sleep patterns are non existent after years of night shifts. |

My sleep patterns are still messed up from two and a half weeks off over Christmas. Plus I had a new toy delivered today... and even though I didn't get home from work 'til gone 9pm I COULDN'T not have a play with it...  |

It does have it's advantages though I'm always awake and great fun at parties! |

That's some shift"
It was supposed to finish at 6pm yesterday but I work for the railways and let’s just say it’s not been a great day for us  |

Slept too early as per usual ....5 hrs sleep does me though....I function perfectly fine on 5hrs & don't look or feel tired....
I normally catch up with work at this hour as I work from home |
