It's pissing with rain, the gym is about 10 miles away and I cannot be bothered!

Well I went....wasn't feeling it to begin with. Started with a 2k run then quite a big 'push' session! Felt ace. Probably the best push session I've had in a long time. Came away with a nice adrenaline rush and a good pump (not the kind you're thinking of).
Now I'm back on the sofa and waiting on my dinner cooking.  |
