Surely one of humankind’s most wondrous discoveries is it not? (Yeah, just go with it…)

Good folks; What are your favourite pickled foods?

Do any of you dabble in the art of home pickling? (I mean pickling at home as opposed to actually attempting to pickle your domicile, for clarification purposes)

I’ve done pickled beetroot before. They were very vinegary

I tried pickled garlic; now that was most intriguing.

In fact, I’m still not entirely sure whether I actually enjoyed it…

Loads. Pickled/fermented cabbage with some shredded carrots. Pickled fermented cucumbers done Polish style. Pickled beetroots. Pickled miniature onions and garlic. Anything really

On a side note my mum used to have to hide the vinegar when I was younger as I'd happily drink it

(It's a family thing apparently that and eating butter )
