"
I still don't "
No? I'm truly sorry to hear this. You best consider your lifestyle choices, and ask yourself, "How can I procure a TV for my bedroom". Hopefully with some meditation, a solution will present itself. |

"I was working on getting one..but unfortunately they ended up being another time wasting cunt.. "
Ahhh. The pitfalls of duff TVs. Fortunately you already have one, but it may need to be manually tuned. For a stereoscopic illusion, I recommend positioning a mirror at the foot of your bed. |

"Unless it’s packing 40 inches and has a satellite port, I’ll stick with what I have "
Well, most TVs I'm aware of have a couple of input ports; but I've yet to hear of one that large. If you come across one Guinness World Records may have a cheque for you... |

I have a TV in my room on occasion. I keep it next to the bed some weekends and enjoy turning it on and it can be quite comforting to fall asleep with it, but other times my TV gives me a disturbed night. |

"In the bedroom no, where I choose to sleep yes, but it's only used as part of a computer console thing."
Ah, while a TV is usually best enjoyed in the bedroom, at least you have one. They don't necessarily need a computer console thing to be used. |

The best TVs will give you a disturbed night but also be comforting at the same time. I recommend putting it on the bed when turning it on, for best results. |

"I'm the only TV in my bedroom."
A self-starter! Very admirable. The thing to remember, however, is that additional TVs in the bedroom don't add to the pleasure, they multiply it! |

That reading chair sounds like an excellent place to mount a TV - it even has cushions. And when you're not using your TV, she can water Jeff! Win-win. |

You really should. More than one is obviously nice too, but you need to take that first step and get one in there. |

"I would very much like a TV in my room. It’s a discontinued model though unfortunately.

That's a shame. There are newer models that are almost as good as the discontinued ones, although they don't necessarily have that old-fashioned charm. |

I might give the old one a good bang, see if that gets it up & working again.
Otherwise I’ll consider a new model.. |

Give it a couple of smacks and turn it on before you bang it. That should do the trick! |

You may find that bringing in a new TV, and turning it on at the same time as the old one, can give your old TV a new lease on life. Plus, double the entertainment for you. |

Upon first entering my bedroom, it would seem that there is no TV, only awesome decor and a relaxing ambience.
Then I push a button and one emerges from the foot of the bed like an entertainment God coming to amaze me with it's bountiful choice of programming. |

Analogue or digital? "
Analogue is robust and dependable. Digital offers greater variety. In the end, it really comes down to what you hope to get out of the TV in your bedroom. |

Perhaps try moving it to the bedroom and turning it on. You may get a pleasant surprise. |

Good to hear. Maybe try a new model for a special occasion someone. Although, you can't beat experience.

The Jennie model has had a lot of interest in the past, although it's apparently been discontinued. The Davina model, while it has promising features, has ongoing delivery issues. But if you look around this site, you'll find there are several very trendy models that would enhance any bedroom entertainment experience. Quite a few satisfied reviews, too. |

In short, I'd recommend shopping around and trying a few. |
