Usually I swear to let some steam out.
Never aimed at others.
Mostly at work, but to be fair it's kind of part of the job.
Never trust a chef who's not swearing or vegetarian/vegan!
It used to be:
"What the fuck?"
"Fuck"
"Fuck off"
Usually unnoticed, because I swear less compared to the other chefs.
A few days ago I'm saying "Fuck me", when the situation demands it.
The girls looking at me with mixed signals or confused.
I'm not even sure why I'm saying "Fuck me", because I never used it or liked when it used as swearing.
I love to hear it in different situations.
Is it my subconscious telling me something?
Did you notice anything changed in your routine?
Doesn't feel like you or don't like it?

My username has nothing to do with that cereal.
I don't swear often and they might think I'm telling them to fuck me.
