Ahhh this post is so hard to read, I tried being a pescatarian 3yrs ago and haven't stopped but a full English breakfast isn't the same without meat sausage and bacon, if someone offered me a full English with gammon I wouldn't be able to say no ha ha ha

Rarely take anything off. But would choose tin tomato over grilled tomato anyday. Loads of black pepper English mustarted (colemans) and HP or daddies sauce.

Especially tinned Tomatoes, they are like my Kryptonite. Grilled tomatoes no big deal, I can remove them myself. But I can't the look or taste of tinned and the juice gets on everything.

Im in a cafe right now. Bugs me if you get a half a grilled tomato instead of tinned. The tinned here are nice.
I like my beans in a little pot on the side. Egg must be sunny side up.
Mushrooms cooked in butter. Fried bread done in back bacon fat.
Ordinary butchers sausages none of that fancy shite.
Big mug of strong tea to wash it down.

Okay, let’s think about this.
Ayrshire bacon. Stornaway black pudding. Lincolnshire sausages. Poached eggs. Potato scones. A rosti. Couple of roasted tomatoes. Some baked beans. I can live without the mushrooms, unless you want to do them with plenty of thyme and garlic.
So I guess that’s a hybrid full English/Scottish. The best of both worlds. |

West coast people go for square Lorne sausage but I think it's an abomination and much prefer proper sausages |
