Well I finished work a bit early so went to the pub with some of the work lads I remember most of what happened and I am thinking it was just chatting shit and laughing and joking but I feel I may have said or done some thing and I know that's what you get and it's normal but I seem to be having it really bad today and well can't relax feeling very anxious and nervous I don't know why I am posting this I guess just some where to vent and try and get it out of my system |

The anxiousness may well be an after effect of the alcohol in your system.
I don’t drink as a rule but when I do, the next day I invariably feel anxious, somewhat depressed and generally ‘not entirely with it’. |

Yeah probably just the hangover making you anxious.
If your mates say anything just say "ohhhh I always talk crap when I'm pissed! Did I tell you I'm a swinger, or about the time I woke up in a skip on the back of a barge on the Thames?"

Try not to worry op, it's definitely due to the alcohol you've had.
I'm sure you didn't do anything too bad & I bet they were chatting shit also after a few.
I've felt like it in the past after a big night out, but it was all fine. |

If this is a one off then I’d say don’t sweat it, your most likely fine
However; if your drinking is regularly leading you to not remember much of the night and do or say things you regret later, that’s a sign you might want to talk to someone and look at cutting how much and how often you are drinking
Drug/drink problems are real slow burners and we can often be much deeper than we realise
Hope your good and get whatever help you need, if you need it |

Well tbh I did not think this meny of you would reply but thanks it really did help reading them all and to answer some of the questions I have been asked
I drink regular but not excessive when I do drink
We was all drinking and so yes I am sure we was all feeling a bit off at work today
I asked 2 of them when at work and they said I was fine and if anything so and so was the one who was been a problem
So all in all it was just my beer fear and maybe mixed with my meds that put me in the state I was but to everyone thank you really nice to just vent and such |

Yes that's what I did not understand as I did not go over board or mad with it but then to wake up like I did it throw me off |

"Were they all drinking? If so they're probably feeling the same this morning"
Yes we was but I have also put it down to me not having eaten much in the day so I am saying that did not help at all |

I did I asked a few of them and well said I was fine so now I just feel silly for worrying so much but it happens we all make fools out of our selfs at some point so just take the hit and move on us what I am going to do |
