How do you dispose of the cooking fat, oil,lard etc we all use ?

Foil in the plug hole in a cup shape, pour it in, wait for it to cool and throw away. Works a treat!

If it's hard fat, i soak seeds and breadcrumbs in it and make fatballs for the birds.

Liquid fats are left to go cold, then chucked in an old tin filled with kitchen roll.

Pour it into a bowl, let it harden and scrape it in the bin.

Once it’s cooled I use kitchen roll to clean it off pan and into the bin
