No, but its not really a drama anyway. They are after all adults with the same desires and wants as everyone else. Just simply ignore them and carrying on doing your thing. I don't see why people can't be adult about it and not freak out.
Personally I think it's really bad form to contact people you recognise. Just ignore them.
I remember many years ago meeting a lady in a club. Turns out her sister and their uncle attended the same club. All unbeknownst to each other until they bumped into each other at the club. Sometimes they are at the same club at the same time (unplanned, just independently turning up on the same night). They were all there that night (I was introduced to them). But totally not weird in the slightest. They do their own things, have their seperate circle of freinds and genrally stay apart. But on the flip side chilled enough to chat and catch up with each other in the social area, just the same as if they bumped into each other at the pub in town.
So my point is no reason to freak, just keep your distance and carry on enjoying your thing.
