Your FAVE seasonal treat!

You know, those things that are (traditionally) only around for a short period during the year.

Whether it’s a pumpkin spiced latte in Autumn, Mince pies, hot chestnuts or M&S Turkey Feast sandwiches at Christmas, maybe it’s Hot Cross buns at Easter (although the supermarkets seem to have them all year round now!) ..

Anyway, what are YOUR favourite seasonal treats Fabsters?

The correct answer is the Greggs Festive bake, obviously.

But maybe you think differently?

Cadbury Easter Eggs and advent calendars.

I loathe Halloween specific treats because they just stick orange in all the chocolate

Smarties used to do little chocolate pumpkins filled with smarties at Halloween. I miss them.

I love stollen at Christmas and pigs in blankets.

Carlisle usually

I get annoyed at anything that I can only get seasonally for some silly arbitrary reason.

But I like Cointreau and cranberry all year even if it tastes like Christmas.

Manchester-ish

Mini eggs and hot cross buns at Easter

Pimms and Gin with bitter lemon in summer

Parkin at Halloween / Bonfire Night

Mulled wine, lebkuchen, mince pies, chocolate covered marzipan at Christmas

I also tend to have Baileys much more in winter. Both on ice and in hot chocolate.

So much seasonal happiness
