The Town by The Cross

To get started in business I borrowed £50 from my pimp and £50 from a customer. So I borrowed £100 altogether.

I bought lube a dildo and nipple clamps which came to £97.00.

I gave my pimp £1 change and my customer £1 change so now I owe them each £49 and I kept £1 to get a trolley later at Scandals

Now .... 49 and 49 I owe is £98 and the £1 for the trolley comes to £99.....

Where's the other £1 ????

You had £100, bought £97 worth of goods for your business and spent £1 on a trolley, reduced your debt by £2 which adds up to £100. There is no missing pound.

Exactly. OP your maths is off here. You have added where you should have subtracted, that is all.

£49 and £49 you owe is £98 and the £1 for the trolley takes it down to £97

Swerve the pimp, what do you want a pimp for? If he's soft enough to fall for it, it's own fault - life lesson.

The customer, well they're a customer you'll pay that off in 15 mins granny you strike me as efficient

Home a dry all profit who cares about a quid. Probably down the backseat of the couch. Flip that sucker over in a month you'll have a £20 quid for the chippy one night.

I paid 97 if I pay 96 that's ONE pound..

If I already gave them one pound each and I only save one pound that's three pounds so how can I give them 2 each ? Still a pound missing !
