Oh that was a guilty pleasure as a teen, wait till the parents had gone to bed then sneak in and watch it very quietly with my finger hovering over the off button in case someone came in

Somewhere In The Ether…

Euro Trash was incredibly fun

Antoine de Caunes and Jean-Paul Gaultier made for hilarious hosts and who can forget such stars as the Romeo Cleaners?

The sarcastic voice over work/dubbing on the segments was simply sublime

It was brilliant. We used to watch it as a family. My parents are very liberal. I'm the youngest and would have been about 10 I think. I thought it was hilarious. Plus I remember hearing the boys in school talking about it years later when they discovered it. I was very smug thinking they were 5 years behind me

Eurotrash was my introduction to the British porn star Sarah Young. I've been a fan of big boobs ever since!

Whaley Bridge,Nr Buxton,

It was great fun.A mate who watched it regularly admitted it took him two years to realise they were actually speaking English,he thought it was French with an exaggerated accent.

All over

Was it not Davina McCall that did the voice over?

Which also reminds me of that show she presented around same time, (God's gift). Who remembers that?

"The series was voiced by Maria McErlane (who had also appeared in The Fast Show, a sketch show famous for its 'channel 9' segments, a spoof of European TV channels). Davina McCall provided English voice translations in series 1. In later years Kate Robbins provided voiceovers for the strange continental "stars", which she performed in Yorkshire and other British regional accents and similar quirky anglicised effects."

It looks quite high brow against today's reality crap.

At least it didn't take itself seriously & was there to make us laugh.

I loved it.
