like to train and I workout 5 times a week doing about 2 body parts each day so I train the whole body twice a week.
What kind of workout do you do?
I dont only do weights. I of course do a lot of cardio as well, about 110min a day, with a mix of walking and cycling and then also yoga. I like to be active |

It's never the same. I liked to be active but work/life just doesn't allow for that much activity.
I run, cycle, swim, play basketball, lift weights mostly year round. Include seasonal activities during seasons.
For the core activities, mostly once a week more for some but some weeks none.
Include that with work, family, friends, and it just becomes too hectic sometimes.

It can vary but it’s usually bootcamp on a Sunday morning, followed by two classes of Badass and Rockbox at the gym. Sometimes Zumba on a Friday if I’m not off on an adventure. Mon -Fri I also walk at least 15,000 steps
From the end of October I’m starting small group PT sessions |

Hmmmmm I love to be active.
I gym 3-4 times a week weights and calisthenics! I tend to do about 10 miles of walking a day. So my cardio is apart of my lifestyle.
2 days a week non gym days I cycle a Mtb bike 16 miles to work and back. So hard on a Mtb with massive tyres. But it’s a great workout.

Last time I worked out before work I nearly blacked out |

4 days a week. I'm trying to get into shape but really struggling. If anyone on here is a PT and fancy like giving some free advise it would be greatly appreciated. |

I don't have anywhere near as much time as I used to for exercise. I used to train with weights 5 times a week, the three power movements with supplements, and play rugby three times a week. Then in was gym 3 days and football once a week, now it's dog walking and weights whenever I can |

4 days a week at the minute was hitting 5 but dropped a weekend day in order to have more time to work on the house current split is
Monday - shoulders and biceps (plus one exercise for calf’s)
Wednesday - upper back
Friday - chest and triceps (plus one calf exercise)
Sunday - legs and lower back (few upper back movements thrown in as well)
Generally 2 sets to failure for most movements if I get less than 7 reps on the first set will reduce the weight slightly for the second if not same weight. Exception is legs where prefer higher reps |

I'm running through a 4 day full body workout at the minute which combines a range of strength and hypertrophy exercises and again, targets each body part at least twice a week.
I also like to go for walks for around 30mins every day when it isn't pissing it down. |

I practice yoga, but not every day. I do hiits training, but not every week. I cycle, but not every month. Health and work take a huge toll on the motivation to be fit and strong. I do however spend a good proportion of the day chasing around and playing games with a three year old. Keeps me young at heart. On the positive side, I had my 45 year old bloke health check, and everything is in the green. The lady said I was rare - which was nice |

Swim 3 times a week, about 7/8km total, yoga once a week and try to do some home workouts on other days
Would typically run 5 times a week but have been inactive for 12 months with tendinitis in the knee…need to do something most days or I’ll go stir crazy |

3 x a week at home, joined PureGym for the nationwide access as I work away a lot but it’s too busy, too many ‘influencers’ filming stuff and too many teens crowding around benches |

I’ve only recently returned to my gym. Injury and breathing issues are limiting me to 2/3 days a week at the moment.
Im overweight, my endurance is shot to shit, and a lot of my former strength has gone. I’ve a lot of damage to undo, but undo it I will. |

I was the same, only got back into it this year, strength only recently feels better. You'll smash it. |

I workout 4 times a week and I’m pleased to say my shape is coming along nicely
Roger works out about once every 3 months and has the body of a god
Not that I resent having to work so hard or anything |

Not enough. I walk every day(anywhere between 15- 20000 steps) and take the dog out much longer walks at weekends. I used to dance two or three times a week but haven't for nearly a year and it's showing.

I lift 3-4 days a week and add cycling cardio on to 2 of those days as I get more time at the physical gym.
I do an extended cardio session once a week with the dogs, for hours on end then most Tuesday - Saturday I do shorter 30 minute dog walks for bonus cardio.
But.... I never take the stairs |

I don't do much exercise these days but I do aim for a moderate level of about 10 hours of high-intesity exercise per week. This includes swimming (3 hours), football (4 hours), badminton (1 hour) and some quick 5k runs spread throughout the week (2 hours). Sometimes I will mix in some gym work but that's just some body weight exercises and for that I aim to do 60 pushups, 10 pullups, 100 squats and 5 minutes of planking. It's not much but its honest work that leaves me feeling happy and healthy! |

Tell us what your doing mr " Ty, all it is, is to be consistent with your training and nutrition and you will see the result further down the line, tracking the macros is essential in order to stay on track whether you are bulking or cutting |

Used to belong to a walking group. We would do about 15 to 20 miles once a week. Loved it. Still do love a long walk. It is good for muscles that sit most of the time. Wakes them up. First time.. I was like wow but could not sit down for days. |

Much more often than we used to...
In the last 8/9 weeks we've made a lot of effort, mostly in the kitchen, but also in the gym and the pool.
61lbs lost between us, 35lbs for him and 26lbs for her. |

Cardio 6 days a week with my Morpheus calling the shots. Power & mobility sessions three times a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (alternating upper and lower body, and cycling through four workouts. So week one is L1, U1, L2; week two is U2, L1, U1, and so on).

My regime is pretty sustainable.
2 early mornings, 1 to kick start my week and 1 to end my week. Both 6 am to 7am, I do some light technique work.
Then 3 coached training sessions during the week.
I put in some yoga, most mornings, for 15 ish mins. |
