Ok, you have a fiver to make a meal for 4. Starter, main and desert. You can use basic bits from the cupboard too.
Mine would be
S: cheesey potato skins and salad leaves
M:chilli and rice
D:Cimammon pankcakes with crushed walnuts and honey. |

"S: chicken liver pâte and toast
M: egg fried rice, stir fried seasonal vegetables
D: seasonal fresh fruit with Greek yogurt and honey or grated chocolate"
That does sound rather nice. Can I still keep the pancakes from mine though and just add the fruit and greek yogurt from yours to it too ? With all the honey and walnuts too will be the star dish of the day |

If we're using flour, honey, walnuts and eggs from the store cupboard we might scrape in under a fiver. |

S - Bread sticks and glass of Beer.
M - Pot Noodle.
D - tin of mandarins with evaporated milk.
All that's in my cupboard normally so I'll serve that and pocket the fiver , kerching |

I’ve only got a fiver though. So the Lurpak will definitely have to go. That’s a bit rich for my budget |
