Do you ever just feel like screaming ?
I do, at the moment it's frequently.
What makes you feel like screaming ?
For me at the moment it's small annoying things that wouldn't normally bother me. I just get so peed off by little things and all i want to do is scream with frustration !!
I have actually screamed a few times but my neighbours will call the police if i keep doing it |

Well the most recent time I screamed and basically in fright was a wasp came near me and the 2 gents I tend to have coffee with in the mornings in coffee shop before work literally as they stood beside me got the full force of the scream and I literally made the street turn and look at me lol and I do know that a pure hard scream would be ideal without peopl thinking your getting killed at the same time. |

"My back pain and the doctors inability to give a crap."
I have chronic pain which is much worse at the moment, especially my back. I think that has added to my feeling of wanting to scream frequently today. I was trying not to move to much while picking up a small parcel off the table, i couldn't coordinate my movements enough to pick up the parcel. I did a sort of clenched mouth scream in pain and frustration.
I hope you get help with your back pain.
I'm lucky that my GP is taking me seriously and has ordered blood tests and booked me a double appointment to examine me. |

I've had back pain almost all my life,I use to be able to manage it,but I just get on with it,pain and all, I never burden my Dr ever even though I should with it but with weight gain being my issue I would be told to lose the weight but it's the back pain which has caused the weight gain and I used to ride horses and swim |

I'm very fat but my GP has never said that if i lose weight the pain will go. She is doing tests but already thinks she knows what's causing the pain. I presume losing weight might help a bit but it's hard to lose weight because i can't exercise. I was trying to lose weight a few months ago and was doing ok but it was slow because i can't exercise. Another reason i feel like screaming. |

Yep and that's what my commute is for. I get angry at slow people, get angry at fast people, get angry at Google for picking a shit route and then turn up to work in a calm, zen like state. |

Today.
Not screaming, I don't have the energy. Perhaps a little meltdown (that others seem to have the luxury of having at will) is probably deserved. Venting my frustrations with others and because I'm genuinely exhausted.
I won't though. I'll just keep going because that's what I always do. |

At the moment, I feel like screaming, hiding in a corner, or simply running away.
Everything seems to be happening all at once, and I feel sensorial overload, but I carry on. I try to remind myself, if this is the worse of my worries today. and not a daily situation I don’t have it that bad. |

You are lucky OP, everyone knows everything round here but no one say nothing as they mostly use each other. This despite some literal dog-diddly, sniff-squatty dodgy shit I've never seen before that's eating me whole. |

At the moment i do find myself wanting to do it more and more and as you say its the little things all the time that get me.
Its either things about myself or my other half / living space that annoys me at the moment!
Thank god for the gym / hikes I go on otherwise my neighbours would be calling the police and all!
Hope your all good though OP!

Did you know, the voice in your mind doesn’t need to breathe so if you want a good long scream and a mental one could help, you can at absolutely any time of day, wherever you are or whoever you’re with and they’ll have no idea

I'm not much of a screamer.
You might hear a huffy oh for God's sake from my mouth now and then, but I'm a pretty chilled dude.
My daughter says it's why children and animals gravitate towards me.

When I read the thread title I expected something else.
There’s nothing wrong with releasing anger in the form of a screaming in private. Try to be conscious of neighbours etc overhearing as how that’s interpreted by others can be more than just a passing thought about you being a little odd.
The real answer is working on techniques of not getting to that point in the first place; which is easier said than for most, never mind users of FAB |

Can't scream at home as the neighbours would worry. |

"With unchecked screaming becoming the norm for small children nowadays, can we expect a generation to grow up continuing to do it into adulthood?"
I can't say i've noticed a change in the amount of small children screaming these days |
