The word sexy would probably be better accepted from a guy a lady is also attracted to.
This would not be known until a lady makes it known so probably best not to say it from the jump.
OP I don't think women are on here waiting for compliments. Find yourself at the club's and parties take things from there. Chat with ladies in person see how things flow

No not at all, in the same way it’s only being polite when you wolf-whistle and shout across the street “oi oi darlin’ you don’t get many of THEM to a pound”.
The ladies love it, and after all we’re only being polite by telling them how much we want to fuck ‘em.
But joking aside, it depends on HOW you tell them, and how they perceive it. I guess?
