Lay near a fan after a shower while still damp, the water will conduct the cool air better so you core can actually cool too. Stay till you’re a little too cold so when you do warm up, it’ll feel nice and not overwhelmed
Also sit with your feet in water to cool down quickly
And keep some half filled water bottles in the freezer, top off with fresh cold water when you’re ready to drink and they’ll stay cold for a couple of hours |
