Somewhere In The Ether…

Good folks: What type of eater are you?

Do you scoff with alarming gusto in a manner not entirely dissimilarly to a ravenous beast or else are you a more leisurely, methodical eater, savouring your food and satiating you taste buds?

Do you adhere to strict table etiquette (correct usage of your utensils, no elbows on the table and chewing with your mouth closed etc?)

If affirmative to the above, do you become vexated by others not displaying similarly due manners?

Pray tell, please do reveal all my fine people

No, but I am, on occasion, vexed.

I use the correct cutlery but that’s about it. Mrs holds her fork in the wrong hand so she’s basically a savage.

It used to really bug me but I’m used to it now. It still doesn’t look right when she’s cutting a steak

After a man sees me eat he generally never wants to see me again.

Make of that what you will.

"I'm a gobbler."

I’m a fast eater too.

If you’ve ever watched nature footage of a crocodile gulping down its prey….well, you get the idea

Sagittarius A

I have the etiquette of a feral dog.

I have been known to snarl, growl and even snap at people who have got too close to my plate.

I use the term plate metaphorically.

If I a willing to share my food with you then it is love.

I'm a really slow eater, I'm sure some find it annoying.

I enjoy good food, etiquette and company.

Food can be like sex for me, more ritual than routine.
