"Man sausage.
Sorry. Ish. I don't know. I don't really eat pork, hardly ever. So maybe a chicken one? I like the Heck ones."
This one.
Mostly.
Except I don't exactly eat chicken either.
So actually those proper veggie ones, like blatant veg, not fake meat ones. |

"Beef. Pork sausages are too fatty and have a weird texture.
If I get to have choices within beef, I'll die and go to heaven."
All Sausages are an acceptable answer.. I actually like Beef Sausages as well |

My faves are nice thick Cumberlands. So much flavour. But that does depend on the quality. I'd rather pay a bit more for ones that don't have loads of fat oozing out as they cook |

Hello, gosh I'm not quite sure how to take this... Etc etc.
Anyway, I don't know what the French put in their standard pork sausages, the long straight ones, but they are usually excellent, although we were paying €1 each for them this summer which is a little steep when you enjoy more than one at a time.
I would say a standard 'butchers choice' style pork sausage would be my choice as it's the most versatile, sandwiches, casserole, penne arrabiata, pasta and sauce, a fry up, hotel breakfast, bbq, baked beans are all improved by the addition of one or more humble bangers.

That is so very true and our village is a family owned business that has been around for over 100 years.
Although next time I go in I might try the thick juicy ones x |
