Hello ooo. I've popped back. It's been a wee while. I'm in for a bit, for some attention, to see what flows, from old and new, from this funny fab platform.
And to say out loud..
'I'm 50!'
Ooooooo what next do you reckon? I wonder what comes with this decade??
What's new? What's next for you too, however old you are?

Welcome back Freya. I also turned 50 this year, so am looking forward to continuing to grow older disgracefully.
Each decade from my 20s on has been better so far. Here's hoping for great things in my 50s, starting with (hopefully) getting my masters next year.

Hello Freya! It's a joy to read you again. 
I don't know what's next for me. I've not thought much beyond the next few weeks. And that's OK. I'm really looking forward to exploring the next chapters of my life. You know, really embracing it. Not overthinking. Just, being me. Warts and all.
I hope that whatever the next decade holds for you it's one of happiness and hope.  |

Happy birthday. Your pictures are incredible you look mid 20's at most. You out of this world. Next for me is adding strength and size to build to complete my first ever strong man competition |
