As a child if you remember the old TV Programme U.F.O they had these land trucks on tracks. I had a toy one and loved it, honestly if I won the lottery I’d build one (including the rocket launcher)
But for a real car

A-Team van and smokey and the bandit trans-am. Both likely to be disappointing performers in real life but because they were driven by outlaws they were cool.
Batman's batmobile, preferably the Michael Keaton one, but I could live with the tumbler one.
