Urine is essentially waste, or excess water in the body replaced by cleaner water after being filtered by the small intestine into the bloodstream. It's also excreted by sweating. In short, if your body is expelling up to 900mls of fluid in one go, and it's not mostly urine, you have a serious medical problem.
