I remember when I could go for a nap and wake up feeling fresh. Now I wake up feeling worse than I did before going to sleep
What’s something that isn’t as good as you remember? |

"My ability to feel excitement "
I can relate a bit in terms of birthdays and Christmas etc. It used to be full of excitement. It just feels different the older you get. |

"Crumpets, seems weird but I remember when they melted in thy gob now it seems they’re made of rubber "
There is a fine line between under and over done. That perfect middle. And you must not wait to eat them once they are done or the magic goes.
It still exists though. |

I walked up a hill yesterday and had to stop half way to catch my breath. I’d pass out if I tried to play any sports now |

Payday. Used to get the brown envelope filled with cash, then go out drinking, dancing take a person home for the night. Now I just get a pile of bills and a glass of wine with my boss. |

"The size of wagon wheels. They were huge when I was younger "
I think they have actually gotten smaller over the years. Same with a lot of the chocolate bars. |

"Angel Delight. I'm sure I used to like it.
J
Butterscotch! Massive bowl, eat the lot.
I ate tons of Strawberry when I was pregnant. "
We tried both not long ago to show the kids the awesomeness of our childhoods. It tasted of chemical disappointment.

The worst chemical disappointment I've had is when I bought some Cremola Foam. It tasted medical! |

I'm with you on this I can't daytime nap and it's a killer with the kids but there's no point I wake up feeling worse.
I also can't eat as many mint matchmakers as I want without the lbs creeping on

"Weird Science. Loved it as a youngster. watched it again a few years ago and it was mostly shite.
You take that back!
You need to watch it with a bra on your head for maximum effect."
What, you mean there's another way to watch it?! I thought the bra was a legal requirement...
Re-watched Ferris Bueller as well, he was a wee fanny |

"Those Rustler's burgers, they were convenient but they the just taste like desperation "
I found this with those microwave kebabs recently.
Tasted great when I was a teenager… like eating an old slipper now |

'Top' level football. The Premiership is all about money...£100m+ transfers seems to be the norm. Even the look of it is like watching a fifa computer game. Much prefer The Big Match Revisited on Saturday mornings. |

I've never had one of those before but I thought the "chicken" burger was questionable let alone that kebab |
