Good evening everyone ive come across something over the last 2 months and I was wondering if someone could tell me what's it all about in a lay-by near my work place there is a small cove in the tree with a single branch sticking out on this branch every week there is either a bra or a pair of nickers hanging on it and each week it changes is this some sort of dogging code or something else ? |

Every autumn/winter we collect winter coats and hang them on trees for the homeless x |
