I need some sympathy ..... I have a husky voice ...... not easy to contend with when you have to look after little kids ......... and I am so sure they didn't appreciate the huskiness ...... and think I have a cold and sore throat coming ........... and I dont want the statement where sympathy comes in the dictionary either please ...... ever hopeful here of some genuine sympathy lol   |

You have my unyielding empathy…….!.
Now go to the kitchen and get a table-spoon and scoop-up a large knob of butter which you then roll in granulated sugar making sure its well coated before returning it to the spoon to dowse it liberally with malt vinegar before popping it in ya gob and swallowing it hole…….

Haha,,,, we are,,,, But honestly it's much nicer than it sounds and was the only sore throat remedy that got me through the husky-voice stage of puberty...  .... and I had it bad... |

Personally I would not listen to Soxy's advice - think he is just trying to keep you quiet for a bit but we both know that won't work!

It does work, believe me, my nan used to dose us with that concoction, either that or it tasted so vile we never coughed near her again in fear of a second dose xx |

OMG it does sound rather horrendous - best I keep taking my vitamin supplements so I dont get teh sore throat in the first place.
Can you catch a sore throat from Minxie while being on the same thread? |
