Her dentist recommended her to use a specially designed gum shield which, whilst initially uncomfortable to get used to, did at least prevent her damaging her teeth. |

That's what my friend uses but she hates it and doesn't know why she does it as she is apparently not stressed or anything and no issues with her sleep |
