All over

Never heard of it till this evening when someone mentioned it in conversation with a friend Apparrently main cause is stress, anxiety and sleep ptoblems. Anyone else suffers from it?

I had an ex who suffered Nocturnal Bruxism.

Her dentist recommended her to use a specially designed gum shield which, whilst initially uncomfortable to get used to, did at least prevent her damaging her teeth.

That's what my friend uses but she hates it and doesn't know why she does it as she is apparently not stressed or anything and no issues with her sleep
