How often do you go to the gym? Are you an avid gym goer or more novice? Do you support other people at the gym or focus on your workouts only?
Would class myself as experienced as have been for many years now but only in past 3 years started training and focusing much more. |

I used to hate training, never saw it as addictive despite looking good with it but recently have done a complete 180 and go 5 times a week, I've no idea how I suddenly want to go all the time but I get anxious if I don't.
I do "offer" advice to others yes, mainly to stop them breaking themselves with some of the terrible form and bat shit moves they've seen on bro-tube!
It's still doesn't stop fat lazy guys messaging though. My pics aren't recent either so it's a nice surprise when a shag turns up at mine to see me far more muscular and tones than my pics suggest |

I live in the gym and that’s not me just being figureif I literally live in the gym
Being single I didn’t really see the need for a living room and bed room
So I turned the living room in to a bedroom / living room something like you have if you were living with your parents
And what was meant to be the bed room I turned in to a home gym with all the nesserly equipment and stuff
I have saved a fortune over the years as gym membership have went up and up
And no excuse to not go
I don’t have that ooo it’s raining I just go tomorrow and tomorrow never comes I literally just open the door and walk in |

Not very often. Hate it, but painfully aware that my age and lifestyle demand it. I do try, but the slightest speedbump can put me off for weeks. Most recently, PureGym cut off my access to my local branch without warning. Took about a week to sort out, by which time I'd lost all motivation. |

I try to go 4 times a week before work but I'm struggling sleeping at the minute so I don't always make it.
It's not a bad time of day to go to be fair. There's a few people there but you can generally get on what you need and get done. |

I workout at home and run, back up to 5 days a week now.
I previously ran long distance in races and stuff. Ive not been in a physical gym with others for years.
Can't be dealing with all the posing you get from people in there. |

"I wana start going gym any tips"
Remember to take your phone, don't forget to stare at ladies when they're squatting or bending over and never wipe the equipment after you've sat on it for 10 minutes while scrolling on your phone |

Don’t forget to slam all weights on the ground and never re-rack. |

Been going for years. I’ve finally broken the cycle of training, injured, training & then injured again, so I’ve blown through all my previous training ceilings.
There are all the usual clichés at my gym and the odd weirdo but they can be zoned out with earphones and concentration.

3 times a week, for a good hour. And if I get any spare time I'll pop down and do a mini workout just to get the blood flowing.
I'll only help someone in the gym if ;
A. they asked for my help with something
B. They are doing something so dangerous it's going to hurt them.
Other than that, leave them alone |

Somewhere |
Been training for 30 years. 4 times a week lifting, 3 short cardio sessions at home on non lifting days. Competed at international level, won a couple of titles and briefly held some world records.
I generally keep to myself in the gym. I've tried helping before and been told to fuck off, despite them going on to seriously injur themselves.
If someone asks I will always help. Have a couple of young guys and a young lady I'm training who are decent prospects in powerlifting.

It's 4 days a week for me, with football/cardio out of gym on a couple of other days.
Sometimes life gets in the way - e.g. I only went twice last week - I'm still trying to get better at telling myself that's ok. |
