Get the Jump Rope app to help, and take your mind off it. "

I’ve been trying to bounce back from 18 months of illness. I’ve been hiit training and yoga every day for the last couple of months and this month I want to get back to cycling. By the end of the month I’d like be cycling over 60km once a week. No idea if I’ll get there… but we’ll see. |

I skip in the gym, a weighted ripe will help your technique as you can feel exactly where it is, but make sure its the actual rope that's weighted not the handles |

Generally suggest learning to jump and land softly w no rope at first it's not about height but consistent rythm and weighted ropes are usually harder for beginners.... I double Dutch and regular jump rope (UK - skip rope) |
