"Cetirizine, if you can get it from the GP. It works wonders for me
Or Fexofenadine, which I've recently started."
I heard someone mention that fexofenadine earlier funny enough I think I’m gonna be calling the gp |

My hayfever this year is actually killing me, piriton just doesn’t seem to cut it. Any advice "
Speak to your local pharmacist Fexofenadine is now available to buy without prescription, combined that with a good steroid nasal spray such as pirinase and some eye drops and you should hopefully get your symptoms under control x |

Fexofenadine. Over the counter you’ll get 120mg. Gp can give you 180mg. Daily max dose is 720mg and I can guarantee you 240mg will smash that shit out your nose ![](/icons/thumb_up.png) |

This
I also have eye drops and nasal sprays prescribed to me. Can’t mind what they’re called (they’re in my handbag which is in the car which is with my husband at work) but they’re the strongest shit you can get
Also wash your face regularly, I find that helps. Even if you’re out and you just splash some water on it, it helps |

Otrivine Antistin eye drops? They’re great (they sting a bit admittedly, but are very effective) ![](/icons/s/biggrin.gif) |

Hay hay… we’re the monkeys?
There’s a pollen bomb lovely. It’s killing me too. Nasal spray, loratadine and lots and lots of allergy wipes for my eyes and nose seem to help a bit.
Hope you can find a bit of relief soon ![](/icons/s/3/grouphug.gif) |

I think it's treble worse this year for some types of pollen.
My poor daughter is suffering terribly and nothing much is helping.
Mine isn't too bad, except for sticky eyes when I go to visit her.
There's definitely something growing by water that has erupted this year.
