Chickin thighs
Coleslaw
Salads
Corn on the cob
No bread, potatoe or pasta salad for me. Carbs not needed. But deffo a marshmallow or two toasted for desert. |

Get a meat thermometer. Chicken can be tricky depending on what part of the bird. For me thighs done off the coals are perfect, takes a bit longer but so good. A lemon garlic marinade is so good.
Breast needs brining otherwise it dries so quick. Wings need constant turning or indirect heat |
