Varies by frame.
On me, I'd prefer a C or D over my silly little B cups, because with my height and my shoulders being what they are I feel like they look out of proportion, especially with how pronounced the hip to waist ratio is.
On my more petite friends, B can be perfect, particularly those with a smaller hip.
I've also known skinny girls that look amazing with F cups, so it's always down to the person and how they carry it I think. |

What's the thing with DD? I constantly have men guessing that this is my size
And it really depends on the rest of the woman's body... DD on a petite size 6 would look big, but not so much on a average size 16.
Surely it also depends how big your hands are? |
