It's an odd observation but I was out with an old friend for lunch on Friday and he gently put his hand on my back. It was an affectionate moment, literally only a few seconds as we stood waiting. However that on its own practically made me melt.

My back is super sensitive but it feels like something quite intimate, you don't do that with just anyone.

I have to allow myself to be a little vulnerable to experience it properly.
