As a person who doesn't own a pair of testicles (I have plenty of balls hahaha) .....what do cold balls feel like?

It's why your most vulnerable parts are on the outside, to keep them cooler than your body temp. Constantly wearing tight pants and working too long over hot ovens are not advised. pt

Ahhhh I've researched this theory and I can confirm, balls on toes, whilst warming, do indeed feel like warm balls on toes, further research revealed that if you wiggle your toes, under balls in some circumstances can also achieve other outcomes.
