Hi Guys,
We have a very bad leak in our outhouse, and because the ice under the snow is starting to melt its getting worse as the minutes go on, its my mams house, and we are renting off her. She has arranged for someone to come and bitumen it, but can this be done in this weather? is it possible for him so sweep the snow off and do it? its pissing me ff soemthing terrible, my mam has just said put towels and black bags everywhere, but the dryer is out there, as well as 2 lights!

If they do it properly it can be done in any weather because they blow torch the stuff on , so they'll dry the roof first , then lay the tar hope that helps x |

"if it is a leak in the ROOF, you are not specific, the classic cheapo cure was bung a load of sawdust up there, it swells and seals the leak and then stuff grows on it so it stays put."
its an outhouse, so like an added room type of thing with a flat roof, and apprently reinforced concrete
