Good folks: As the title suggests; What for you, constitutes firstly, the most enjoyable and secondly, conversely, the most boring/dreaded/‘I ain’t doing that shit!’ form of exercise?
It can be a whole type such as cardio for instance, or else, you may be even more specific and list particular exercises such as Push ups etc.
Over to you darlings |

I love an exercise class at my gym called Rockbox, it’s a total workout and always leaves me smiling as I enjoy it so much
I hated Skinny pigs classes, thought I’d tore my caesarean scar once and I don’t even have one to tear! |

For me any form of weightlifting is the best. I enjoy every second of it (including leg day) and the worst is running on a treadmill. It’s so boring but I did enjoy running outdoors before I picked up an injury. |

Weights forever, just love them. Loading a bar and feeling that pressure focuses the mind!
Also loved mixed cardio, so hybrid style training, where I'm left a sweating mess on the floor.
Hell, I even love long slow runs
I just love training full stop.
I used to have love and hates, but I even love the hates these days! |

Best - pushing a Parkrun or 10k on a sunny day. OR a good scrimmage in wheelchair basketball.
Worst - an exercise in wheelchair basketball known as "Suicides". Usually given to us for coming last in something! |

Best - weight training as long as done in a certain way as the standard bodybuilding advice of a fixed weight for 4 sets of 10 for each excercise is a mind numbingly boring way to train, on other hand training to failure in the 5-8 rep range, trying to beat the log book, 6-10 truly hard sets to failure per muscle group is a far more exciting way to train
Worst - any other form of excercise I hate them all equally |

There’s two I totally love both group classes, mostly flirty women with me and few mates perving.
The UK one pure Drum n bass 45 mins of punishing DnB without stopping, my mate teaches it and he is brutal if he spots anyone flagging your are singled out for ridicule. One in Dubai called Boxn , 12x3min rounds of combinations on aqua bags.
Both classes totally shred you beyond anything I’ve experienced.I’ve seen people do phenomenal body transformation in a couple of months
