Are you a sun worshipper?
Jump to: Newest in thread
I enjoy the nice weather and I tan both easily and dramatically (untanned, I'm at the dark end of fair. Tanned, more like Mediterranean).
However, I avoid being out in the sun because I don't want skin cancer. |

"The summer is growing on me as long as its not too hot and there is shade to retreat too im happy. However i burn way to easily "
Long sleeves, long trousers, slightly baggy in natural materials.
After a burn, apply almost dripping wet towels until they warm up, then replace with more wet towels - take the heat out. |

I like the nice weather just not when it’s unbearably hot. I have really fair skin so I burn really fast then then it disappears. I never get a nice tan |

I didn't use to. I quite enjoying sitting in the sun now. I tan easily - I go from the washed out, pale brown colour to a golden hue with freckles aplenty very quickly. I do use sunscreen though. A lot of it. |

Yeah, I've had a few nasty burns in my time. I speak from experience. The towels won't eliminate the burn, but it'll certainly help |

I love sunshine, 20 years in the UK haven’t been easy. I was deeply depressed the first three. Where I am from it’s blue, cloudless skies and it used to be about 24oC year round- now more like 34oC thanks to global warming.
I don’t burn, I tan easily. In my culture we stay out of the sun. So I don’t understand sunbathing at all. Also with my ADHD the idea of lying down somewhere doing nothing/reading for more than 30 min seems sheer hell to me. |

I love the sun but I can't just sit in it as I get bored too easily. I love the tingling feeling on my skin. I wear suncreams to keep the wrinkles at bay but get a nice glow |

I have quite noticeable vitiligo so I stay out of the sum at all costs
Thankfully my natural skin tone is "Casper White" so the vitiligo doesn't show too much as long as I stay in the shade |

"I'm not a worshipper as I don't sun bathe, but I do like the sun. Nothing better than a coffee or a beer on a sunny piazza watching the world go by..."
Oh and yeah, it's fairly obvious, but I tan easily. I actually start to look a bit gaunt without sun for too long... |

Was in Lisbon last week too, thought the weather was glorious with no hint of burning. But then I tend to go a nice brown. Used factor 15 one day, and that was all. Came back here and the temp is 10-15 degrees lower than Lisbon - feels blumin cold (even today - sat here with a thick sweater on) |

I fry. So spring and Autumn are best for me. The rest of the time it factor 50!
I love it, in small doses, and I get a "farmers tan" quite easily.
My legs never really seem to tan much although I get a freckles everywhere! |

"Do you like it or not, do you burn easy or tan nicely?
I'm a lover, I would sit in it all day if I could, I turn red initially but then go brown after a few days.
Have a great day all. "
Dads side of the family originate from Rumania, Mums side from Ireland so I literally glow in the dark I am so white.
So I am a sunfactor 100 kinda guy. when the sun is out, you will find me in the shade. |

No, I burn so easily i have to stay out of it whenever possible, plus suncream. I also get all hot and bothered when its hot, mid 20s is about the limit of my comfort zone.
I much prefer getting all snuggly and cozy when its cold outside x |

I'm only on this site because of the sun.
I grew up in Jersey where the sun is second to none in this corner of the globe.
When I came to the UK as a student I was asked " Do ... You ... Speak ... English?"
I have always had a tan for most of the year and when I gave up work 25 years ago I started going to the West Indies in January/February and was coming back here with a head start in spring time.
Today, yes this very day, I went to Eureka and was on a lounger by the pool for most of the afternoon. until today I have mainly been in my garden where I can't strip off completely.
It was so nice to be naked in the open air and I celebrated by shaving my doggy ready for showing it off for the summer! |

I can't stand the sun or hot weather. Anything over 17 or 18° and I'll avoid going out as much as possible. The feeling of sun hitting my skin is very uncomfortable, it's like somebody is pressing the hard side of velcro into it, all prickly, itchy and irritating.
I have vampire skin. I got sunburnt last March when it was about 14°. Anything 20° or hotter and I will burn very quickly, even with factor 50 sunscreen on.
Needless to say, the only tan I've ever had has been from a spray gun...and I look strange if I'm anything other than milky white. |

I am a natural blonde with initially fair skin and blue eyes yet since I stopped wearing sunscreen a few decades back due to rashes, it’s been the best decision ever.
Now I rarely burn and just tan very quickly instead. |

Nope, I can’t stand being too hot! I avoid it as much as possible, I use to love it in my younger years, but now I much prefer the cooler temperatures

Mr KC goes a shade of deep mahogany. I go a shade of brightest lobster pink/red. I like warm, sunny weather, but it does not like me. I wear a silly hat, loads of factor 50, sunglasses and sit under a brolly |
