I've been struggling to keep my happy the past few weeks because of shitty sleep so I feel ya.
What are we all gonna do for ourselves this evening?
My plans gone arse over tit so I'm going to carry on resting then go get onions and make some delicious fajitas for din din. And hoover the blady place.

I'm feeling meh too. Been busy at work but had no motivation. Have an allergy rash (I think) but waiting on a Dr to call back and see what to do as I think it's a reaction to a medication I take. So meh.. I can't be bothered going through the rigmoral of trying to find alternative medication. I just hope they ring soon because if I have to go in that's going to ruin my early night plans. (I know I know, I should be grateful for the NHS! But I'm feeling meh)

I'm not meh. I'm stupidly happy and rather predictably Tiggering.
I kind of like the meh days. Helps balance out my daft highs. It's nice to sit in low energy sometimes.
Hope it's not too meh though.

A crappy start to my work week, a lurgy that is taking forever to shift and just a general meh. I get them occasionally and am lucky that they don't usually last long.

Less grumpy and more frustrated, really. Had a really disrupted day due to morning hospital appt running 1.75hrs late, then long wait at the pharmacy, while my assistant wasn't around due to COVID....
Then I put the slow cooker on, but didn't turn on the plug so nearly didn't make any dinner either
Now I can't take the med prescribed at the hospital because of something in the info sheet that the doc didn't explain but of course, contacting a consultant after the fact is like asking for an appointment with god.... |

You can’t cuddle someone you don’t really know. A cuddle tells that person they are in the safest place in the word. In your arms, and you protect them as you half them. They are safe and so are all what they are feelings right then.
You need to feel something for that person/pet/your favourite teddy. Otherwise it’s just a nice friendly hug.

Then I put the slow cooker on, but didn't turn on the plug so nearly didn't make any dinner either
Now I can't take the med prescribed at the hospital because of something in the info sheet that the doc didn't explain but of course, contacting a consultant after the fact is like asking for an appointment with god....

I'm fluctuating between 'meh' and a state of inexplicable heightened anxiety, with very little in between, its exhausting and absolutely debilitating. I cannot recall the last time I felt genuinely relaxed.
