When you feel slightly foggy and can't quite get your focus what do you do to get it back on track?

Nothings working today and I'm at a loss. Help!

So far I've tried,

Food, water, orgasm, lie down, music, and leaving the house for a bit.

Close Fab down - never works for me, cos I just have to reopen it again a few minutes later.

Somewhere In The Ether…

Some heart rate raising exercise maybe?

That usually sweeps aside the noetic cobwebs

I've not been so bothered with fab today... I'm now on it because I'm sulking about the brain fog and admitting defeat.

If it's generic brain fog rather than disability related (for me) then it's some form of exercise... The gym or a run.

Not at all; jump up and down on the spot, jumping jacks or skipping for instance. As your heart rate raises so in turn will your mental clarity.

(Well, hopefully)

Yep, this, if you're able to. Some days we're just not firing on all cylinders.

That was me yesterday. I could literally have fallen asleep at the desk. Hope you perk up soon!

Shut off light and sounds.

Stop the voice going through your head.

Close your eyes ,sit still and listen.

Breathe gently slowly.

Listen and you'll feel your heart beating, let nothing enter your mind but the sound of you.

Take as long as you need.

I recommend listening to Alan Watts to help get in touch with yourself

Menopace Plus seems to help from what I,m led to believe.

Plus decaf drinks to help with migraine.
