Certain regions of Spain they keep the Rioja in the fridge, and I cannot lie its actually very nice lightly chilled |

Just because you CAN do a thing doesn't mean you should 
It's the juxtaposition of warm toasted something to chilled preserve 
Delicious taste sensation!!
Jam, marmalades, chutneys, relishes, all preserves and conserves....

At this moment, we're in Goa. If you don't put red wine in the fridge, you'll probably be drinking it at 30 degrees!
And, it has become quite trendy. But you don't have to if you don't want to. |
