"Bit of a departure from all the above, but I wish I’d gone to see Prodigy. Amazing energy."
Saw them 3 times...first time was just after jilted generation came out at Glasgow barrowlands. Was mental in the best way possible. |

"Oasis
----------------
Seen them at Earls Court back in the 90's."
I’ve seen them both separately but I think the opportunity of seeing them together again is long gone. |

Was so good....best thing, the barrowlands main room is upstairs and the flooring is wooden. It was litterally bouncing. |

"The Smiths
Actually I'm adding that one as well...
I mean technically it could still happen as they are all still alive but... Morrissey is a dick ..so no chance."
Morrissey is definitely to blame for this, can't be bothered with the solo stuff. |

The Sex Pistols (I saw them in the 90's,but would have loved to see them when they were young).
The Who (again, I saw them when they toured in the early 2000's, but it wasn't the same as I imagine them being in their heyday).
The Rolling Stones
Suede |

I think it was after that. It was at a festival, possibly Phoenix festival. There are a few years from my youth that are a bit hazy (lots of partying) |

Liked The Style Council but his best music was with The Jam I did go and see from the jam tribute band that had the bass player Bruce Foxton playing in the band. |

"Alice Cooper... very very nearly had the chance but missed out
Queen with Freddie
Saw Queen at Knebworth in 86.... I wasn't impressed TBH
Maybe it's because its Knebworth?"
It wasn't the venue....saw purple there the year before and it was awesome.....spart from the torrential rain |

Somehow, despite being an 80’s’90’s indie/goth kid, I never saw
Inspiral carpets
Ride
Stone Roses (finally did about 2017)
Siouxsie
The Cult
Sisters of mercy (managed to blag some comps about 2010, but not the big venue experience of the Floodlands years)
Also, my must see lockdown list included Rolling Stones, Toots and the Maytals & Zz Top…so I had to delete the list as I can’t be responsible for the loss of Brian Wilson & Jimmy Cliff |

"The Sex Pistols. Saw most of the other punk and new wave groups but never them.
Also The Doors, I'd love to have seen Jim Morrison live.
Not forgetting Amy Winehouse as well!"
Saw Amy Winehouse at Brixton Academy. Walked out half way through as she was off her face. |

" saw the who, acdc (with scott), nils lofgren and a band I can't mention on the forums, at Wembley 1979.
Yet to see Boston and don't hold out much hope.
The Allman brothers and will never see but did see Greg allman. |

Mastersystem.
Huge Frightened Rabbit fan and thought I'd see them on the next tour as the timing of the debut tour didn't work well for me. Alas with the passing of Scott Hutchison it was sadly never to be. |

Never be another Bon , not because he has passed on ,but the songs he wrote when with AC/DC will never be touched, an absolute lyrical genius . |

---------------------
Saw the Jam at Hammersmith Odeon either 81 or 82, had a ticket for their last gig, think it was in Brighton but I'd bought the ticket with school pals and we all left in the summer, I got my first proper girlfriend, in between buying it and going, and being all loved up at 16, I sold the ticket to another pal.
Used to hate Style Council back in 83/84, as I couldnt comprehend the breaking up of The Jam to form some pop combo with "Mick from the Merton Parkas", but with age, I now believe that era to be Wellers best. |

"Nirvana in a tiny bar in Bradford 1992."
Not seeing them at that show is one of my biggest musical regrets. I was a student there at the time and for whatever reason couldn’t be bothered to go. Bear in mind almost no one had heard of them here at that point.
A friend had been a fan for a while and was well known for trudging around campus in a Nirvana T-shirt. Because of this, someone thought he might know a bit about them and he was dragged to the university radio station to interview Kurt. |

"Tom Petty
One of many great stars that were taken too young. "
One of my favourite artists, saw them first at Knebworth in 1978 and 3 other times with the last at Hyde Park just before he died. What enraged me the most was that his next tour was with Joe Walsh (eagles, james gang), my other favourite artist, shit timing tom. |

I hadn't heard of them either but went to everything for free as my friend worked at Queens Hall.

"Deep Purple.
I love the big stadium, 70’s rock bands "
Saw them in Dublin, was never a fan but the support was the reason we went. Unfortunately purple couldn't follow Lynyrd skynyrd, crowd left in droves. |

You know when people say “it was obvious they were going to be huge- you could tell” about a band. Well I saw Oasis in a pub before “live forever” came out. As we left my exact words to my mate were “what an absolute load of shit they’ll never get anywhere!”
