Favourite car I’ve owned was a 1992 Nissan pulsar GTI-R, which I tuned to perfection!

That’s a car I paid a small amount for compared to a retail buy. I worked as a mechanic for a import company at the time and asked my boss to source one from Japan for me! That’s car was a lot of fun when it wasn’t spitting it’s gearbox internals out !

Car I would like the most is a standard untuned 1970 dodge charger. Wouldn’t be any fun already tuned !

Yes they tried the engine in the Anglia initially, I don't think they ever went on general sale.

Unlike our old Lotus Cortina all of the Anglia's came in Midnight Blue.

Apparently they fetch over £50k but are almost certainly in private collections.

"MK.1 Lotus Cortina, Keith had one when we first met but sold it to get us started out in life.

We are now searching for another one all these years later, Keith would prefer an ultra rare Lotus Anglia but only a handful were made before Ford considered the Cortina was a more realistic model to place the engine in.

I never knew that about the Anglia. They must be as difficult to drive as they are to find. I only drove a couple of standard Anglias and they were all over the road on their crossply tyres

Yes they tried the engine in the Anglia initially, I don't think they ever went on general sale.

Unlike our old Lotus Cortina all of the Anglia's came in Midnight Blue.

Apparently they fetch over £50k but are almost certainly in private collections.

Never went on sale, one was driveren by Jim Clark on the road

Even rarer is the lotus Carlton with only 950 ever produced.

Cost you best part of 100k these days."

Did the police ever have any of them?

"As a man of simple taste, I’ll just take Billy Gibbons old shopping cart- CadZZilla…and a new wider garage to store it in

Or one of his 32 3 window coupes "

Think I’d prefer Andy Saunders 47 Pontiac lowrider or Andrew Vella’s 60 coupe de ville ??

"It would have to be the Aston Martin DBX.

Tested one a few weeks back. Beautiful car, stunning handling but I hate all the centre console buttons"

Drove one today at work. The centre console buttons are awful but the noise it makes in Sport+ mode is aural sex, it's savagely fast too

So long as it's taxed, insured, has a service history, is roadworthy (MOT'd) and the engine starts...that's good enough for me.
