Try to, but it's kinda non standard. All the usual advice about brisk walking and suchlike don't apply.

Life's about choices!

On Saturday I hosted a threesome with suspension Shibari!

Tonight, I went to the gym and now I'm having a beer.

Two weeks ago, my dad had a heart attack.

Last week, my mum got a walking aid.

George Best is my hero!

I've probably got six year's left!

Very much so.

Ironically I started my fitness journey at the start of the first lockdown, and I've been able to keep it going ever since. So I came out of the pandemic with much better health and habits than I went in with.

Which is not to say I don't have my vices...

I do a lot of walking but I don't eat healthy enough. I'm always on the move with work and I can only eat what I come across and that is usually a chip shop. A salad bar once in a blue moon.

No my diet is actually shocking.

My sleeping pattern is also shocking.

I’m on my feet most of the day though so I suppose that counts as exercise.

Oh god not at all.

Sometimes I eat. Mostly all I have in a day is coffee. I have sex with multiple people, work an office job and sit on my arse all day, I have a glass of water about once every 6 months.

I don't drink alcohol or caffeine, I don't smoke, I exercise most days so i guess so. But my diet's not great, I don't eat junk food but I don't eat much fruit or veg and have a weakness for chocolate.

I'm better than most but still room for improvement.

I genuinely fear a physical payback for years of excess alcohol so I'm trying to ensure I'm physically fit to deal with that if it hapoens

I also sit up far too late flirting and posting tripe on Fab forums.

We cook everything from scratch, have energetic sex 4 or 5 times a week, we swim and do circuits so from that side yes.

We also smoke cigarettes occasionally, will happily go through a bottle of gin at the weekend and 2 or 3 bottles of wine during the week. We will also either eat at a restaurant or get a takeaway one night a week so on that side no.

We don't try to be healthy or unhealthy, we just enjoy being somewhere in the middle.

The moon

Actually yes, but being on steroids for a large part of my life don’t help.

Cook everything from scratch apart from one night a month when we have a take away

Relatively. Don't smoke, only drink when I'm out, eat good home cooked food, but need to cut out the chocolate and biscuits and drink more water. Tend to only drink coffee. Work too much for the first half of each year though which takes it's toll both physically and mentally, try to exercise in the summer more.

However, I do plan too after my holiday.

A few years ago my doctor told me to go on a low carb diet to combat type 2 diabetes. That means cutting out bread, pasta, rice, potatoes..and beer. I took up the challenge and discovered 1000s of videos on YouTube with meal recipes with alternatives to these staple ingredients. It's not for every one because you have to make all meals from scratch . But it worked for me. I've lost 2 stone and my diabetes is in remission. It worked because funny as it sounds the meals I've made are delicious. I've even had friends wives asking me for recipes.

I walk loads with my 2 dogs and have a physical job which also involves alot of walking. I eat whatever food I want but don't over indulge and seldom snack between meals. Been the same weight for 25yrs so must be doing something right.
