I make cakes for friends and relatives, about 15 to 20 cakes a week, the most popular one by far is a Lemon Drizzle.

It has become an expensive hobby as I do not charge anyone for their cakes, but it keeps me active and out of the pub.

My personal choice would be a nice Coffee & Walnut cake.
