Similarly I don't recall Lionel Blair running after a bus and missing it during the GUAC intro. |

"Monkey!
Yeap Monkey! My CB handle was pigsy as my family said I looked like him, we don't speak anymore."
To this day, I still make a point every day to swish my fingers around and whistle through their path in the hope that my very own flying pink cloud might appear and carry me to wondrous adventures… |

The Book Tower (when Tom Baker presented it)
Fame (tv series)
Charlie’s Angels
Wonder Woman
And I also loved Blind Date and Game for a Laugh because I used to watch them when I spent the night down my Nan and Gramps and the nostalgia is strong. |

The Whirlybirds with Chuck martin and PT Moore.
Adventurous American pilots with a lattice bodied Bell helicopter. gripping stuff produced on a simple scale.
Then Garry Halliday and Bill Dodds. UK equivalents with a Dakota. (Inspired, I think by my ex wife's uncle!) |

No way bro you have just unlocked a memory for me. I remember his before school. Always wanted to go on this. Along with fun house bet Pat Sharp had fun with those twins |

There was a series in the 80s called the mysterious cities of gold. Hardly anyone remembers it but I absolutely loved it.
I finally bought the box set in my 30s and still love it.

Anthropomorphising animals is ridiculous, but I used to love Animal Magic with the paternalistic idiotic Johnny Morris; assisted by Tony Soper and Nutkins.
Johnny was an unusual man, in real life, and his Wikipedia entry makes very interesting reading!

Through the keyhole. Wasn’t something I watched on a regular basis but I watched the odd one.
My Dad & I used to watch the 5/10 minute programs that were on at 5.35 each night, like The Magic Roundabout, Ivor The Engine, Captain Pugwash (ok, dad wasn’t so keen on that one), Willo the Wisp with Mavis the Fat Fairy. |
